Audio and video equipment review website and online forum Audioholics has chosen The best hi-fi products of the year. According to the magazine, there has been development in both budget and high-end devices.

The best AV receiver is the Canadian Anthemi MRX-1140. It offers a total of 11 amplified channels, five of which are equipped with 140-watt ab-class amplifiers and six with 60-watt d-class amplifiers. Processing is available for 15.2 channels. Audioholics praises the amplifier for its ease of setup, thanks to the PC interface and ARC Genesis room controller, which can be controlled with the amplifier on the same network computer.

Yamaha RX A6A

Yamaha, for its part, deserves an honorable mention with its RX-A6A AV amplifier. It offers 11.2-channel processing power and 150 watts of power to nine channels. In its test, Audioholics particularly liked its power reserves, and it sounds more like a traditional integrated amplifier than a typical Atmos amplifier. The YPAO room equalizer offers more control options thanks to a seven-band parametric equalizer available for all channels. In addition, MusicCast offers streaming and multi-room capabilities.

NAD M23

The best power amplifier is the NAD M23, which is exceptionally low-noise and distortion-free. In general, it reached almost the top of the Audioholics history in measurements. The D-class Purifi 1ET400A power amp is therefore clearly a success. It provides 200 watts of power in both channels. When connected in series, it provides kilowatts of power.

Polk Reserve R700 online

The Polk Audio Reserve R700 speakers were the best tower speakers. They are Audioholics' new favorite speakers in the approximately 2,000 euro price range due to their linearity, build quality, and low-frequency capabilities. High-fidelity sound is available not only for listening at a narrow listening position.

Aurora 1000 standard and W original e5e2ed58 463c 42ae b1e4

As for the Honor Mention tower speakers, the Heco Aurora 1000 would have been the first choice, considering its linearity, dynamics, and the more affordable price of about 1,600 euros. However, they do not perform as well as the Audioholics ones, and according to Audioholics, they are not quite as well-built. If the system is going to include subwoofers, then the bass drivers of the speaker are not as important.

SBS.1 black3

The best active speakers were the SBS.1 floorstanding speakers from the Norwegian company Sigberg. The high-end speaker uses a top-of-the-line amplifier, signal processor, and components that, according to Audioholics, deliver great sound. However, they do require a companion subwoofer.

RSL Speedwoofer 10S MKI

The best budget subwoofer, on the other hand, is the RSL Speedwoofer 10S MKII, which despite its small size and compact 10-inch driver, reaches less than 30 Hertz. According to Audioholics, the sound remains consistent even at high volume. The subwoofer has an amplifier power of 400 watts.

Curtains R 210s

The high-end sub-woofer won the victory with its new Perlisten Audio R212s model. According to Audioholics, it offers ultra-linear, color-free and controlled playback. It is also a fairly sized speaker with a 1.3-kilowatt amplifier and 12-inch driver. A digital signal processor is included to ensure the purity of the playback.

FOCAL 220785 scaled e1665850459626

According to Audioholics, the best wireless noise-canceling headphones are the Focal Bathys models from Audioholics. Bluetooth headphones have reached a high-end level thanks to the new codecs. The only drawback is that for now, headphones cannot be listened to wirelessly without noise cancellation. In DAC mode, headphones can be listened to via USB in a wired way, which according to Audioholics makes them similar to the Focal Radiance headphones when listened to via the Naim DAC/headphone amplifier.

Monolith M1000ANC

The best cheap noise-canceling headphones are the Monoprice bundle Monolith M1000ANC headphones, which feature Dirac's Viruto DSP signal processor. Thanks to it, the headphones are also capable of Dolby Atmos and Apple Spatial Audio playback. According to Soundi, the headphones are significantly better priced at under a hundred dollars, with or without Dirac.

Rocksteady Stadium Subwoofer online

The Rocksteady Stadium Subwoofer is the number one portable Bluetooth speaker. It allows you to fine-tune the low-frequency sound of the Rocksteady Stadium portable speakers while on the road.

Roku Streambar Pro

The best budget soundbar is the Roku Streambar Pro. Audioholics says it offers sound that is clearly better than under $200, and includes a 4K-capable Roku streamer in the same package. The system can be expanded to a 5.1-channel setup.

The entire justification for the list of Audioholics can be found here. read here.
