Temu online store has its problems for many reasons, and probably for the right reasons, but the fact is that Temu is able to sell products cheaply because it connects manufacturers and consumers, thus eliminating intermediaries. Effective logistics and mass production also make prices affordable. Is this development then rational for the national economy? Of course not, but that is the nature of modern global capitalism.
You can therefore find high-quality products from Temu that competitors charge several times more for. We also found this smart bracelet priced at just over 30 euros there, whose essence and technical features seem quite convincing. Just like Oura, but 10 times cheaper and without a monthly fee. And the delivery also includes a charging storage case.

The gold-colored (also available in other colors) ring arrived in a surprisingly stylish package. It comes with a user manual, a magnetic charging cable, a charging storage case, and a short carrying strap. The quality of the product is high, including the coating on the ring. There are no complaints about it.

The ring and its Smart Health app offer several functions, such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and sleep monitoring. Heart rate measurement is surprisingly accurate, but blood pressure direction and oxygen saturation in particular are very reliable. Sleep monitoring is quite “critical”, but convincing. The app provides comprehensive instructions.
The app requires many permissions and registration. However, it also works without registration or permission. A connection to the wristband is necessary, and GPS and a few other things should at least be allowed if you want to track your route for running, for example.
The bracelet's battery provides approximately 4-7 days of use; depending on the settings how often the data is read. This also affects the phone's battery consumption. The bracelet's charging case provides the bracelet with 3-4 charging cycles.
A similar (at least externally) ring exists from Temu from several sellers in slightly different versions, with or without a charging case, and usually the sales page is also included, so it’s not certain that this is exactly what you’re looking for. the link of the ring It works. A similar one can be applied for from here.
Poor man Oura
The Temu Smart Ring is a kind of "poor man's Oura", offering a high-quality appearance, surprisingly comprehensive functions, and also reasonably relevant information about heart rate etc. When you add the charging case, this ring offers a lot for its price, even though it cannot compete with Our's significantly deeper analysis and higher quality user experience. However, for sustainability reasons, it might be better not to buy it.
