Triangle expanded its Borea collection with the Atmos speaker
French company Triangle has introduced an add-on to its Borea range focused on home theater speakers. The Borea BRA1 can be used as a Dolby Atmos speaker either on the speaker itself or on the side or rear wall to create a three-dimensional effect. Installing it on the speaker works with at least the following models from Triangle: BR03, BR07, BR08 and BR09.
The BRA1 uses the same EFS fabric dome tweeter and cellulose cone main drivers as the other Borea models. The enclosures are MDF with internal bracing, as in the Esprit EZ series. Two types of crossover filters are available depending on the installation method, which can compensate for changes caused by indirect installation.
The recommended price is 439 euros for the pair. There are four finishing options: white, black, walnut and white oak. Magnetic-adhesive front panels are included.
