Master & Dynamic's luxurious MW07 earbuds performed well in an Iltalehti test
Iltalehti has tested The Master & Dynamic MW07 wireless earbuds, of which we reported last month. They cost €300 and are on par with premium headphones like the Bang & Olufsen E8.
The test praises the impressive design, such as the stainless steel casing and the magnetic lock. The battery life is 3.5 hours and the case can be charged three times. A cloth pouch is also included to protect it.
The surface of the minimalist-shaped headphones is polished acetate. Buttons are located for adjusting the volume and controlling playback and calls. Features include automatic pause when removing the headphones from the ear. Bluetooth connectivity is version 4.2 and not the latest 5.0 model.
According to the test, the headphones are lightweight and comfortable even when worn for longer periods. They also stay securely in place in the ears, thanks to the included ear size adapters and wings. Iltalehti notes that the headphones rival the richness of sound and bass reproduction of even ear-worn headphones. The playback is reportedly balanced, and there is very little distortion in the volume. According to the assessment, these are some of the best in-ear headphones, although the price may be a barrier.
