Audeze's lighter version of the LCD2 headphones arrives in Finland
A lighter version of the Audeze LCD2 headphones has arrived in Finland. The LCD2-C Classicit are slightly cheaper than the basic version, although they remain essentially the same open-ear, magnetically-powered headphones.
The Sanka speaker with its suspension has been revamped and is lighter. The enclosure is made of composite material instead of wood, and the connections have been redesigned. The transport case is not included in this model; it is now an optional accessory. Sound is promised to be warm and rich, just like in the basic model. Comfort is said to be sufficient for even longer listening sessions.
Music creators may also be interested in the fact that Audeze also offers free REVEAL software add-ons for mixing and mastering purposes.
