Spotify is introducing new features to its Family Premium subscription, especially for children. The streaming company announced, That it will be possible to add a restriction to the accounts included in individual family subscriptions in the future to prevent the listening of inappropriate content.
Management will also continue to take place through the Family Hub, which allows you to update settings and manage member accounts and subscriptions. The Family Premium also includes a combined Family Mix playlist for the whole family. For now, the new features are only available in Ireland, but they are expected to be released to other markets this autumn.
With Family Premium, the streaming service can be ordered for six users living in the same household. Currently, the subscription option costs 14.99 euros.
