Taga has expanded its Platinum speaker lineup with a subwoofer, wall-mounted speaker, surround speaker, and center speaker
Taga Harmony has announced new speakers for its Platinum series, which received the first V3 models in the spring of 2018. The new products include the Platinum C-100 V3 center speaker, the Platinum IW-100 LCRS wall-mounted speaker, the Platinum S-100 V3 surround speaker, and the Platinum SW-10 V3 active subwoofer.
The speakers feature updated titanium TPTTD dome drivers with new TWG-I waveguides. The aluminum-enclosed TPACD-I bass drivers have improved performance, as well as a redesigned edge, aluminum-enclosed drivers, and flat aluminum baffle cups. The wiring is developed and designed by XLO.
The Subbar has a 10-inch element in a reflex enclosure. The reflex tube is positioned at the rear. The amplifier operates in the a/b class and provides 240 watts of continuous power and 750 watts of dynamic power. The controls include a frequency range of 30Hz – 200Hz and phase adjustment. The input connections are level and phono.
