The WF-SP800N's Ambient Sound Mode allows you to control the sounds that you want to let in alongside the music. The ambient sound settings can also be customized to suit your preferences in the Sony Headphones Connect app. The headphones also feature Advanced Adaptive Sound Control, which automatically detects what the listener is doing and where they are located and adjusts the settings to suit the environment. Smart control allows you to play, pause, or skip music, and adjust the volume by lightly pressing the right earbud. You can completely silence the music by placing the finger on the left earbud.
