Reavo's new 4K Blu-ray player also plays SACDs
Reavon has announced a successor Also in the AVPlus test For the 4K Blu-ray player UBR-X100 that has been reviewed. The Revo UBR-X110 plays even more disc formats. Like its predecessor, it plays UHD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD, DVD Audio and CD. As a natural extension to the list, there is now SACD. HD-DVD support is still not available.
The audio and video file formats supported are FLAC (2.0/5.1), M4A, AIF, AIFF, DSF (2.0/5.1), DFF (2.0/5.1), MP3, OGG, APE, MKV, and DSD. For home theater formats, support is available for Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS, DTS-HD MA, DTS-HD HRA, and DTS:X. Additionally, JPG and TIFF images can be opened on the device. The UBR-X100 can also be connected to an external USB drive or used with the DLNA network drive. Support is also available for Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR.
Of the HDMI connections, one is for audio and video, the other for audio only. In addition, there is also an optical, coaxial and Ethernet connection available.
In Finland, the price of the device is 999 euros.
