Versatile speaker for various music styles
Totem Acoustic has released a new LOON speaker that represents the company's decades of expertise in compact design. LOON is designed to provide a balanced sound experience, making it a versatile choice for different musical styles.
The LOON speaker uses a 2-way design with a 1-inch laser-etched textile dome tweeter and a 5.75-inch woofer. The speaker’s nominal impedance is 8 ohms, the sensitivity is 87dB per watt, and the frequency response is 2.5kHz with first-order filtering. The frequency response extends from 51 Hz to 26 kHz ± 3 dB, and the recommended amplifier power is 20-110W.
The dimensions are 10.75 x 6 x 8 inches and the weight is 3.9 kg per piece. The available finishes are Black Ash, New Black Walnut and White. All come with a magnetic element for protection.
Attention has been paid to the placement of the speaker, so the speaker works well even at an angle of more than 45 degrees when listening. The LOON produces full-range sound even at low volume, and its sound image is accurate at all volume levels. The speaker is ideal for all types of music, especially classical music.
The recommended price of the LOON monitor is 1,299 USD, which is about 1,200 euros, and it is now available.
