Movie festivals can easily get started from anywhere with the battery-powered XGIMI Halo video projector

XGIMI, the technology leader of mini-sized video projectors, has released a light-powered and battery-powered Halo video projector in Finland, which is easy to organize movie parties for the whole family in a summer cottage. XGIMI video projectors are popular and high-quality devices suitable for travel use, the newest of which is now available in Finland.

XGIMI Halo

The metallic gray and small-sized XGIMI Halo is a battery-powered, vertical video projector. Its light output is top-notch and the battery lasts long enough to complete an entire movie night. High-definition resolution, versatile aspect ratio correction, HDR image enhancement, and even a 300-inch image size ensure that movies and other video content can be enjoyed with high-quality visuals. The Android TV operating system and ChromeCast connection enable versatile use without separate video or audio sources. The device also functions as a standalone travel speaker.

The XGIMI Halo dazzles movie fans with its brightness of 800 ANSI lumens. Additionally, HDR image enhancement improves contrast and reproduces colors more vividly. The video projector utilizes DLP technology to project up to 300-inch full-HD video in suitable conditions. The aspect ratio can be corrected with keystone adjustments in four different directions of up to 40 degrees, so the projector does not need to be positioned directly opposite the projected area.

The internal media player in the XGIMI Halo smart projector is based on the Android TV operating system released by Google. It offers a selection of thousands of TV apps that can be downloaded via the Google Play store, allowing you to buy, rent, and subscribe to movies and TV series with the touch of a button. Google’s Chromecast connections are also directly accessible via the smart projector, allowing you to wirelessly stream video and audio from smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Weighing just 1.6 kilograms, the mini projector is ideal for projecting movies, TV series, video games, and office presentations anywhere. Thanks to the built-in battery, the XGIMI Halo can play back up to four hours of video or eight hours of music on a single charge.

XGIMI Halon audio performance is second to none thanks to two Harman Kardon internal speakers. They reproduce precise and balanced sound that complements the audiovisual experience. The mini projector also functions as a high-quality Bluetooth speaker, and music listening is easy through your favorite app or other audio source.

In addition to the internal Android TV 9.0 operating system and wireless Wi-Fi connection, the video projector has one 4K-compatible HDMI port, one USB memory card slot, and a headphone jack. It is therefore ideal as a companion for computers, mobile devices, media players, game consoles, and karaoke equipment.

Using the video projector is very easy with the convenient remote control. The remote control can also be used to give voice commands using the Google Assistant function. For example, the user can simply say the name of the movie, and the built-in media player will open the desired app or provide additional information about the subject.
