The German company Canton has updated its Vento speaker lineup. It includes nine models that can be used in both stereo and home theater settings – including Dolby Atmos.
The Vento speakers, which are positioned below the Reference K model range, have been revamped both in terms of design and the speaker elements.
The diskante are made of ceramic aluminum oxide elements. The mid-range and bass elements are made of titanium-graphene films. Due to their stiffness, the material is said to reduce the coloration of the sound.
The housings are now curved in shape. The new design is said to offer a wider frequency range and more accurate bass reproduction. The internal bracing within the housing is said to reduce resonance. The speaker terminals are also updated. They are now gold-plated and screw-mounted.
The revamped Vento lineup consists of 80-, 90-, and 100-inch floor speakers, 20- and 30-foot stand speakers, 50-inch center speaker, 10-inch wall speaker, Sub 12 subwoofer, and AR 8 speaker for Atmos use.
The Vento series comes in high-gloss black and white.
