Colour-changing entertainment center for the boat

The boating season is approaching slowly but surely. When you get the boat ready for the summer season, you can also update the audio system at the same time. The range of Rockford Fosgate, founded in 1973, includes a comprehensive selection of solutions for both the boat’s audio and lighting systems.

There are four instruments in the Finnish range. The PMX-1 with a 2.3-inch touch screen, the PMX-2 with a 2.7-inch color display, and the PMX-5CAN with a CANBus interface. The most robust model, the PMX-8BB, has a separate PMX-8DH control panel with a five-inch display. All models have AM/FM radio and IPX6-rated water resistance.

The playback can be enhanced with separate power amplifiers, which include a multi-version option for subbar use as well as 2-channel, 4-channel and 5-channel versions. The speakers are available in two versions of different sizes. The subbar sizes are 8, 10 and 12 inches with different impedances. An interesting feature of the M1 and M2 series speakers is the Color Optix lighting, whose color can be adjusted.

In addition, the range includes various accessories, such as the PMX-RGB light controller, which can be controlled using iOS or Android mobile devices, as well as an adapter for the MFD multifunction display.
