It seems that a wireless version of Kossi's legendary Porta Pro headphones is coming
Introduced in 1984, the Koss Porta Pro are a classic headphone for mobile listening. Playback sources have changed from ear-plug stereos to portable CD players and MP3 players to phones, while the music you listen to has taken on a life of its own. The Porta Pro is still going strong and is one of the best-selling headphones.
Improved wireless technology has boosted the popularity of Bluetooth headphones in recent years, and Koss seems to be keeping up with the trend. Ars Technica website has spotted Information from the FCC website suggests a wireless Bluetooth version of the Porta Pro headphones. Wirelessness is unlikely to reduce sales, at least not yet.
Koss has not yet confirmed the arrival of the Porta Pro wireless headphones. In his Twitter comment A company representative only said they were not commenting on the matter yet. Some users did point out, however, that in a Norwegian online store The wireless version has been available for pre-order for a month now. The image on the online store also shows that the headphones are equipped with an intermediate cable, which is unusual for headband headphones.
