JBL, one of the world's largest headphone manufacturers, has released its new top-of-the-line headphones model.
JBL's new model, the JBL Tour Pro 3, is the brand's latest flagship headphones. Its highlights include a 1.57-inch touchscreen that is 30 % % larger than previous models, modern connectivity, and the Smart Charging Case charging case.
Tour Pro 3 will be available for sale on September 14 and its recommended price is 299.99 euros. The colors are black and light latte. The JBL Tour Pro 3 headphones have dual elements. The armature element that reproduces high-pitched sounds releases the powerful, cleaner bass produced by the 11-millimeter dynamic element, and a lively vocal performance.
The speaker elements also have their own DA converters. The frequency response extends from 20 hertz to 40 kilohertz. The LDAC audio codec, which enables higher sound quality, is also supported.
Carsten Olesen, Harman International Industries Inc., the parent company of JBL, the head of consumer audio business, brags about the headphone innovation.
– Tour PRO 3 introduces a new audio platform that has been developed for high-quality audio reproduction. It sets new standards in customization, performance, and comfort.
– I am particularly excited about the new generation Smart Charging Case because its new audio transmission technology is unique. It opens up many possibilities for improving sound quality and the listening experience.
A completely new level of connectivity
The special feature of the Charging Case mentioned by Oleseni means that the charging case can be converted into a dongle that transmits sound wirelessly to headphones from any AUX or USB-C source.
The connection can also be established using the Auracast feature. The Tour PRO 3 is JBL’s first model of full wireless earbuds that features full Auracast support. Audio can be easily shared with any Auracast-compatible device using the button on the charging case display. Active streaming can also be connected using the charging case and the associated app.
The headphones include the adaptive active True Adaptive Noise Cancellation 2.0 noise reduction feature, which measures over 50,000 times per second to adapt to changes in the environment and compensate for audio leaks. Additionally, JBL Spatial 360 spatial sound with head tracking is supported.
Both headphones have three microphones. The sound quality of calls has been enhanced with the JBL Crystal AI algorithm, which silences surrounding noise. In addition, a new intelligent Voice Call equalizer is included, which optimizes audio levels by reducing the volume of loud speech and enhancing the volume of quiet sounds.
