Two similar smartwatches for measuring blood pressure with the same cuff. The second one is just much cheaper.

Comparison: Affordable wireless noise-canceling headphones

As technology advances and competition increases, the prices of “real” wireless and noise-canceling headphones have also dropped. And nowadays, you can get these headphones with all the goodies included directly at an incredibly low price.

Comparison: Three different turntables

Record players have now become popular, and new as well as old brands are entering the market alongside the already established ones. Inspired by this, we decided to test three well-known brands in their own right, but less well-known in the world of record players: JBL, Lenco and Thorens.

Guide: Tuning the record player

In all its seeming simplicity, the record player is a very sophisticated and surprisingly mostly mechanical device. And that is precisely the reason why you can get more out of even an inexpensive record player than you can from the package itself straight away. With a small setup and right at home.

History of the violin: Thorens

Thorens is one of the oldest manufacturers of audio equipment in the world, known especially for its high-quality record players. Of course, there were also cigarette lighters and hair clippers on the trip.

Experiment: Sony HT-A9 sound system

A hassle-free but expensive sound system challenges soundbar speakers.

Knowledge and skills: Artificial intelligence

What is it and why it is revolutionizing – everything?

Column

I'm not tired of (all) artificial intelligence. Our columnist Jiri Koivuniemi isn't tired of artificial intelligence either.
